Prodest is unlike any other insurance company l have ever dealt with. I spoke to an agent named Veronica who was just the sweetest, and she really knew what she was talking about. This was the first time l've ever felt like an insurance agent actually cared about my family's well-being instead of just pushing me toward the policy that pays the most commission. Highly recommend!

I rarely give 5-stars, but Prodest Insurance earned it. My husband's employer recently changed their health insurance group provider, and our monthly premium DOUBLED. I was a bit rude when I called (I hate dealing with insurance companies!!) but the woman I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. She helped get our costs back down to a reasonable level.

Most importantly though...she is honest. Veronica answered all of the questions we threw at her in a way that was easy for us to understand.
